The Jisoncase Genuine Leather iPhone 7 case is a simple case meant to look nearly identical to Apple’s popular leather iphone 7 case, which retails for $45. It’s a bargain if you ask me, especially since it feels so close to the real deal.
The bottom is exposed, like Apple’s, which means if you drop it on the bottom side, you’ll get some, but not full protection. I understand why this is done, though. Making precise holes for speakers in leather is not easy.
The fit and finish are superb. My iPhone 7 fits snug and I have no major complaints.
If there’s one thing I don’t like about the case it’s that Jisoncase is embossed on the backside. I actually don’t mind that there’s no Apple logo, but man, I wish it was just completely flush with no markings on the back whatsoever. Still, it doesn’t look bad, I’m just being picky.
The volume buttons are not metal like on the new iPhone 7 leather cases. Instead, this style is exactly how they were on previous generation leather cases. It’s easy to adjust volume, but they’re not super clicky.
This is a lot of people satisfied, of course, this is not an apple, but it is not $ 45 + tax. The leather feels great and I believe it will wear well. It offers great protection and it looks elegant, especially matte black body.
It also comes in a few other colors which I haven’t tested yet, but they all seem really nice. It’s available for both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
